NEAL AND SMITH was formed in 1979 by two enterprising Ontario lawyers, Barry H. Smith, B.A., LL.B. and Randolph R. Neal, LL.B. Over the past 25 years, the founding partners have developed a bustling, suburban practice by putting client satisfaction and service first. Our Firm believes that, like the scales of justice, there should be a balance between the cost of services and the level of service.
