Randolph R. Neal grew up in the Scarborough area of Toronto, attending the University of Toronto for his undergraduate years and attaining his law degree (LL.B.) from the University of Windsor.

Mr. Neal is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. Neal is also a dedicated, community-minded individual, being a charter member of the Rotary Club of Agincourt when it was founded over 20 years ago, and having served as President and Director of that organization. Mr. Neal also holds the distinction of being awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship by Rotary International.

Mr. Neal brings in excess of 25 years of legal experience to the table. He’s the man you want to solve your legal problems.
